Got Questions? The Bible Has Answers!
This is a new study dealing with questions and answers about the faith. The class encourages questions and the sharing of viewpoints with one another. The Bible is our study book, the Holy Spirit our Teacher.

The Living Word

The Living Word class will start a series on 1 Corinthians. Paul founded the church in Corinth during his second missionary trip. However, after he left Corinth, a number of problems arose in the church including disunity, disorder, moral laxity, unhealthy asceticism, theological confusion, and improper worship. These problems were exacerbated by some in the congregation who thought themselves more spiritual and knowledgeable than others. In addressing these problems, Paul provides guidance for us as we seek to glorify God by living in harmony with fellow believers.

The Sermon on the Mount

The Sermon on the Mount reveals the heart of the teaching ministry of Jesus Christ. Most believers are familiar with its content as recorded in Matthew’s gospel. We will investigate its meaning for us, and the class will share insights gleaned from their personal understanding. Each week a lesson plan will be provided. Taking notes will greatly enhance the experience.
